1. Welcome & What Schdula Is

Schdula is an independent scheduling tool designed for WhatsApp group admins. It lets you schedule messages, manage multiple groups, and automate community updates—all from a single dashboard.

Schdula is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta in any way.

2. How Schdula Connects to WhatsApp

  • Links to your WhatsApp account via QR code scan (same mechanism as WhatsApp Web).
  • Maintains an active session to send scheduled messages on your behalf.
  • Session credentials are stored securely; we do not store your phone number directly.
  • Sessions can disconnect and may require re-authentication.

3. Important WhatsApp Disclaimer

Schdula uses unofficial, reverse-engineered WhatsApp libraries—not the official WhatsApp Business API. This means WhatsApp has not authorized or approved this integration.

Using Schdula may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, which prohibit automated messaging and unauthorized API access.

Your WhatsApp account could be temporarily or permanently banned by WhatsApp/Meta as a result of using Schdula. Bans are enforced by WhatsApp and are outside Schdula's control—we cannot reverse or appeal bans on your behalf.

Risk is real but mitigated by our built-in safeguards: message quotas, human-like send pacing, and batch size limits.

4. What Data We Access & Store

We access and store the following:

  • Group information: group names, participant counts, and admin status for groups you select.
  • Scheduled messages: message content, delivery times, and send status that you create.
  • AI usage: if you use AI drafting, we track request counts and token usage (not message content).
  • Payment data: subscription tier and billing handled via Stripe (we don't store card details).
  • Group chat activity: we may monitor engagement and interactions within your selected groups to provide insights and improve the service.

We do not access:

  • Your personal contacts, private conversations, or media from other people.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

5. What Schdula Does With Your Account

  • Sends scheduled text messages, images, videos, and polls to your selected WhatsApp groups.
  • Adds typing indicators and human-like delays between messages to reduce detection risk.
  • Appends a "Powered by Schdula" footer to messages (Starter plan).
  • Enforces monthly message limits: 12/month (Starter), 25/month (Pro).
  • Limits batch sends to 2–5 messages at a time.
  • Validates session health before every send attempt.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for how you use Schdula and the content you schedule.
  • Use Schdula for legitimate community updates and scheduling—not spam, harassment, or bulk unsolicited messaging.
  • You accept the risk that your WhatsApp account may face restrictions from WhatsApp/Meta.
  • You must have the authority to send messages to the groups you select.
  • You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding automated messaging in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Schdula is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for WhatsApp account bans, suspensions, or restrictions resulting from use of Schdula.
  • We do not guarantee message delivery—sessions may disconnect, WhatsApp may block sends.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from failed, delayed, or undelivered messages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your Schdula subscription.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Schdula after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
